FeSiN-Refractory

Ferro silicon nitride for refractory is brown powder, primarily composed of Si3N4, accompanied by free iron, non-silicon nitride, and a small quantity of other components.

Ferrosilicon nitride can replace costly silicon nitride used for water-free taphole mud in large blast furnaceswithout water cannon mud, which has the characteristics of good sintering, erosion resistance and low cost.

FeSiN-Steelmaking

Ferro silicon nitride for steelmaking is gray-white grain or lump,primarily composed of Si,N,Fe.

1.Nitrided ferro silicon used as additive for silicon steel produce. It can make metal have good room temperature and low temperature strength, good corrosion and thermal shock resistance when it mixed in metal melt.

2.Nitrided fesi can also used in the smelting of stainless steel, special alloy steel and special refractory material.
