Silicon metal factory

Silicon metal is important as it has characteristics, which ensure the utmost for many activities. It has a shiny silver color that is rust and fade proof. How Silicon Metal is Processed and Produced

This results in the silicon separating from other materials within the mix due to a chemical reaction catalyzed by extremely high temperatures. The silicon falls to the bottom of the tank, cools and solidifies into a liquid while sinking further down until it acquires enough mass or momentum to collect as cooled and frozen crystal. 

The furnace is also graphite-lined, making sure the bottom does not melt its way through less industrial materials. The mixture inside reacts in a process of reduction, when the furnace is hot enough. Oxygen in the quartz reacts with carbon from the coal and wood chips. This results in a carbon dioxide gas and Xinda metal silicon which we seek after!
